Consultation

We always begin with a consultation to discuss the clients vision for their event or balloon design to ensure we understand their expectations. 

Upon approval and selection
of a final package and process the standard 50% non-refundable deposit requirement to confirm services. We begin designing and prepping the deign elements for the event.

Establish a day of schedule for the event setup and/or delivery time for the balloon or floral bouquets. We ensure satisfaction after setup is complete, then process the final payment.

If required, we return to the venue at the agreed upon time to cleanup, breakdown equipment, and pickup materials and supplies.
